Davido In ‘No Show’ Mess With Festival Of India Organizers,Asked To Refund N7m

Davido was allegedly one of the artistes slated to perform at the Festival of India which was held on Saturday August 13, but he did not show up.
The organizer of the concert in an interview with Punch, confirmed that the popstar was indeed invited and paid, and his absence did not go down well with the guests who were looking forward to see him perform.
The concert organizer says Davido was paid the sum of N7 million to grace the stage but informed them a day to the event that he was indisposed. The show’s organisers have reached out to his lawyers in hopes of getting a refund for the sum paid.
 According to his social media pages Davido has been in Jamaica since the weekend, before then he was in Atlanta where he owns a home.
Other artistes who performed at the show include former PMAN president,Tee Mac and his Gold Convention, Ara and Pasuma. Nollywood stars like Desmond Elliot, Tina Mba and Saheed Balogun were also present.
Davido is yet to respond to the allegations.
